I use first class mail delivery via the US Postal service with Delivery Confirmation as needed.

You may return an item for refund or exchange by notifying me via phone or email within 2 days of delivery. Sorry, shipping charges are non-refundable.  You may want to insure your return; I cannot be responsible for lost or broken returns.
