Unsigned applejuice bakelite bangle reverse carved with mushrooms and grass by Jackie Weeks, also known as Moe. Measures just over 5/8" wide X 2 1/2" wrist X 3/8" walls.
I had this commissioned so am certain this is Jackie's work.
